Terms and Conditions for Subscription Fee Plans

  • NICEPAY provides a special subscription service that allows merchants to have all payment channels from NICEPAY with additional benefits in the form of:
    • priority customer service,
    • merchant business exposure on marketing channels owned by NICEPAY (Social Media, Website, Microsite, ad placement conducted by NICEPAY),
    • reward / cashback transaction fees attached to each type of member.
  • Membership / subscription package will be active for 1 year.
  • The subscription package will be deactivated after the subscription period expires automatically, to continue the merchant subscription package, you can contact NICEPAY customer service.
  • The transaction fees for each payment channel will follow the fee terms found on the NICEPAY website.
  • The Subscription Package will be attached to the email used when registering.
  • Subscription fees are paid in full at the beginning of registration and cannot be canceled / refunded.
  • Subscription fees will be paid through a payment link that will be sent by NICEPAY via email shortly after registering on the website.
  • Payment will be verified automatically and proof of payment will be sent via email.
  • NICEPAY may change prices and subscription plans from time to time.
  • NICEPAY has the right to terminate cooperation with merchants and fees that have been paid at the beginning of the subscription will be forfeited if fraud is found in the use of NICEPAY payment channels in the future.
  • Fees for transactions made by merchants will be immediately deducted when NICEPAY makes transaction settlements to the merchant
  • The transaction fee deduction is final โ€“ VAT has been deducted
  • Subscription Reward is a cash-based incentive program for Merchants who successfully meet the target in the form of a Solution Fee contribution with an amount equivalent to the Loyalty Reward for each Payment Period.

  • A subscription Reward will be given if the Merchant succeeds in fulfilling the Solution Fee contribution with a nominal equivalent to the Loyalty Reward for each Payment Period.
  • NICEPAY will evaluate Merchant transactions for each Payment Period.
  • The data to be referred to is NICEPAY data which is absolute and cannot be contested.ย 
  • Subscription Reward will be transferred to the merchant account that has been registered in NICEPAY no later than 2 weeks after the Payment Period ends.
  • Subscription Rewards will be subject to gift tax which will be borne by the Merchant.ย 
  • Subscription Reward will be forfeited if the Merchant fails to meet the required Solution Fee contribution during each Payment Period.
  • After making a payment via the payment link, the member / member must complete the requested data via email.
  • Data fulfillment must be done a maximum of 30 days after the email is received.
  • If the data is not fulfilled within 30 days, all NICEPAY services will be suspended and can be reactivated after the member/merchant fulfills the requested data.
  • NICEPAY opened a system called Open Bank Identification Number Block (โ€œOpen BIN Blockโ€) to allow customers from merchants to make transactions using credit card issuers other than Indonesia.
  • NICEPAY can provide Open BIN Block access to merchants based on the terms and conditions on the PKS which will be sent after subscribing.
  • NICEPAY has the right to determine and limit Open BIN Block services from a certain country in accordance with the direction of the relevant bank and/or regulator and/or certain parties in the event of a need for mitigation.
  • To improve transaction security, mitigate fraud & avoid or minimize reversal cases, it is necessary to check transaction status by merchants to NICEPAY via API and/or Merchant Back Office before updating transaction status on the merchant system, as well as ensuring the merchant system has been properly integrated during implementation.
