Head of Sales
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Have a track record of success in the payment gateway or fintech industry preferred
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in selling payment solutions to businesses, with a strong understanding of payment technologies and industry trends
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Merchants, partners, and financial institutions
• Strong leadership, team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Deep understanding of the payment gateway industry and its trends will be preferred
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and its unique challenges
Head of Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Fraud Management, Payment Risk, Dispute Resolution, or related functions, preferably within fintech, payment gateway, banking, or financial services
• Proven experience in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, merchant risk assessment, and dispute & refund management
• Strong understanding of payment transactions and payment methods, including Credit Card, VA, QRIS, E-Wallet, and acquiring processes
• Experience in developing or managing risk frameworks, policies, SOPs, risk parameters, and control mechanisms
• Experience handling regulatory examinations, audits, law enforcement requests, and investigations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, investigation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and a risk-aware and compliance-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and risk monitoring & reporting tools
Java Developer
• More than two years of experience in Java Web Development
• Familiar with Java framework (Spring), Oracle Database, and NoSQL
• SQL hands-on with ORM such as MyBatis/Hibernate
• Proficient in using unit test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG
• Familiar with CI/CD, Design patterns, and Development principles
• Friendly, disciplined, team player, and tough personality
• Have good initiative and a problem-solving mindset
